Wimblington Cemetery

The whole of Wimblington Cemetery is a Lawn Cemetery, which means that the area containing graves, are returned to lawn following burials and interments.

The land was consecrated for burials in June 2001, with the first burial recorded in September 2001.

There are 2 distinct areas, one for full burials and the other for interment of cremated remains.

More recently due to the tree within the turning circle splitting in half, a gazebo with seating was added so that visitors may sit and reflect and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of our Cemetery.
